They are all over the game, it’s been happening since beta, and I fear that there’s a systemic issue, or pair of issues that Anet just can’t get their hands around.
I’ve not heard any official comment on this (re: not just a bugged event or sp here or there, but all over) and would be great to know what is going on.
Also, should we just expect this for another couple of months…six months?
