I see this everytime there’s alot of people. (like pink dolls..) Has this anything to do with culling beeing removed?

anyway it’s horrible, how do i fix?

Twilight zone :P It is your settings they are on low. You can change it cannot remember the exact name of it though.

They do that until they load. Try turning your settings down some. I suggest turning down the texture setting. I have a huge amount of VRAM for textures, but anything above medium is just too slow imo. Oh and also make sure drivers are updated etc.
