He isnt attuned to water. the animation leaves a watery mark when he moves around

Firstly ‘he’ is a she.

Secondly she’s holding a dagger so that narrows it down.

It could be Winter’s Needle, that has a similar animation, but the skin doesn’t look quite right.

It could also be a skill that leaves the effect, but I’m not sure which one it would be.

I wasn’t able to find anything similar on Dulfy . It sort of looks like a graphical bug I’ve seen happen where the short and flashy particle effects from attunement swapping don’t go away after a second, but I’m not positive if that’s what it is.

Looks like a graphical bug, my ele gets bugged like that with fire on occassion.

That’s interesting. I looked through the Dulfy site and was unable to match that weapon skin with any weapon on there. From the picture is seems to be a narrow blade serrated on both sides. None of the ones I saw on the site matched this.

The particle effect probably was a graphical bug. If it was part of the weapon, I would think it would make it a popular dagger instead of an unknown.

Sometimes my Guardian appears to have the Protector’s Strike shield effect visible on my wife’s screen for entire instances. I’d say it’s a effect bug of a similar nature.

It’s a graphical bug which occurs randomly when you interrupt a spell and swap attunements at the same time. The dagger itself is just a normal iron dagger.
