You can use video of other players or just describe your own experience. I had one where we had 3s on Mordremoth and somehow demolished him with at least 15% HP left and won. I do not know what happened. I still do not understand how that worked out.

I actually logged in to share this story, and i’m just assuming Epic Win covers a wide variety of wins, because i dont have many good stories for PvE, so this takes place in PvP. Let me paint the picture,

Ranked pvp match. the score: 495-490 We’re losing. We have them double capped, but with one kill the game is theirs. The map: Forest of Niflhel, For those who don’t know, like every pvp map, there is an area you spawn on, that is un-reachable, to prevent spawn kills and such. I’m on my thief, the game is pretty much over, BUT i’m only 1 pip from diamond, so i was NOT going to lose this game. I’m in the mid area of the map, and just saw an enemy thief go down, and is on the respawn timer, this is an enemy i have fought earlier in the match and took him/her down in just 2-3 hits. (my combo is pretty stupid) So with split second thinking i dash, shadownstep, tele, do everything i can to run over to their spawn. I get there before she responds, and camp under their spawn platform, waiting for her to jump down. Now there are two ways to jump off the platform, one to the north, and one to the east, i was posted up under the north jump, so it was sheer luck and better judgment that she fortunately ran off the ledge i was camping under. At this point the score 498-495, in the midst of everything we lost a cap, but it was just neutralized, So only 1 point per second, which if the time were to play out, the opposing team were to take home the win. Back to me, the thief jumped down, and as planned i successfully got the “Haystomp” combo, as i have named it, off and in the last possible second the 5 points put us at 501-499! My team was already congratulating the other team for their win, and then /map chat all said “wtf??” I, not being the bragging type simply replied “until next time” i got out of the game pretty quickly after and was super freaking happy with myself. Proudest pvp moment, and one ill NEVER be able to replicate. Got a few whispers after that, calling me a hacker, but in the end was totally worth it! Thanks for giving me a place to share this story, i WISH i had my recorder going because it would probably be one for the books!

The first and only time I won a 1v1 fight in WvW. Normally I just flee as quickly as possible because I’m not the best player, but that one time I beat a guardian with my ranger…

That must have been the world’s worst guardian player.

My most epic win moment was when I was fighting a perma stealth thief in WvW on my ele. Now I’m not really a good PvP player and I suck at 1 vs 1, but that thief snuck into our fort and had to go. He already defeated several other players and appeared to be basically untouchable because of permanent stealth. He never attacked directly from stealth, so no debuff there.

The first try was a desaster and I got owned like the noob I was. Luckily I managed to mist-form to our lord where I could bandage myself. The second try played out similar.

On the third try we had a rather drawn out fight that basically consisted of me trying to figure out where he’ll pop out next, us hitting each other a bit and then each one healing up again once he went invisible. The whole time I desperately tried to stop his movements with my Frostbow and then suddenly, directly after the thief re-stealthed, I saw a block of ice floating in the air. I knew what this meant and launched all my aoes at it’s position. And that’s how I killed the thief that harassed our fort for half an hour.
