Hello,

I already have two bank slots full of different trophies etc. Some are part of collections for items (like the Maguuma backslot item), some are only for collecting or so it says. I have tried to delete some useless items yesterday and it asked me if I really wanted to – I have checked those items (not trophies) and they were also part of some collection, so I didn´t delete them.

It´s all very confusing. I have tried searching for some web page with a list or something but without any success. Or does the game ask you if you are sure to delete the item when you try to delete ANY item you might need later on?

Any item of rare or higher quality will ask you if you want to delete.

For items in collections, right click them to ensure that you have been given credit. If so, you are safe to delete them.

Some items are needed as part of crafting recipes. Do not delete these items (use the Wiki to make sure).

Okay, so for example the back item you will get for achieving the collection will be mailed to you? I was “afraid” I would have to combine those items for example in mystic forge. Will delete them then!

Yeah, me too.

ANet is hopelessly inconsistent when it comes to text descriptions (as well as things like sort-order, and more). Fortunately, there just aren’t that many items that are neither junk (ok to sell) and marked as ok to delete (or sell), so it’s not that many things to look up on any given day.
