Guild Wars 2

With the ability to play music in the music player, GW2 opens up alot of exciting possibilities for us! What music do you listen to while you’re playing? I’m looking to diversify my library… right now I’ve got a couple favorites…

Journey Soundtrack (by Austin Wintory, not Journey the band lol)
Diablo II Soundtrack
Far Cry 3 Soundtrack
Various Assassin’s Creed Soundtrack

Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks for your input!

Two Steps from Hell provides for some pretty epic moments, and it really pumps me up for the higher-level zones/more difficult content.

Shadow of the Colossus. Some bits of the soundtrack work well with the Dragons
Elder Scrolls stuff is always nice.

To be honest, prefer the GW1 scores when they loop in to the new GW2 ones, so I often play those, esp the EOTN ones. Factions OST also has quite a nice atmosphere

With the upcoming patch, a funeral dirge would be appropriate I think…

Pandora. Which “my” radio station is pretty eclectic, from Dido to Elvis Costello to the Mavericks to Ennio Morrecone to Pet Shop Boys to Janelle Monet to Prince to UB40 and beyond.

i rarely play gw2 any more, but in wvw i play(ed) music to keep me pumped:

Dream Evil
Clutch
Alejandro Silva
Black Label Society

David Valdes
Dream Theatre
….and the list goes on.

Got bored with pvp maps faster than wvw, and wvw is 2 maps; one really. Only real dif between BL and EB is one has a lake in mid and one has a castle.

Where’s the REAL content GW2? If I wanted to do puzzles, kid games and wear costumes I’d play Monkey Quest w/ my nephew!
