That’s an honest question. Stat wise they seem similar to legendaries and even exotics at times. And some of the stats ivr seen on some weren’t too high, what makes them special?

They are nice looking backpiece (quiver) and have better stats. Also agony resistance for fractals.

Its the item that most ppl can get that is = to legendaries. Its the pore mans good gear that you work for vs just simply buying.

simple maths, have more stats…

The stats are better. Not by too much, but they are better. Its for people who want the absolute best gear in the game.

They also provide agony resist which is essential in higher level fractals, their stats are better than exotics.
