What the is the "+1" on all post and replies?
After a certain +1’s, if gives the post a star and a thumbs up to indicate people agree with it.
Not a lot of people notice it since the right side of the page has a bunch of icons people usually ignore.

Oh, forgot your second question, click on your username and you get to a page where you can look at your post history etc, there is also the upvoted section where you can see your posts that have been voted for.
You can decide if you want to make the posts you voted for and your own upvoted posts public.
