As it currently stands, I am swimming in ascended chests. Just from doing Fractals, Raids and Teq, I’ve garnered an unhealthy amount of ascended chests. Half of my bank is Ascended chests and each of my 6 toons have at least 3 chests in their bag. All my toons are geared and then some, 3 asc light armor (DPS, Condi and Tank stats), 3 medium (Dps, Condi and Healing) and 2 heavy (both dps) and then a bunch of different ascended weapons so there is no point in opening them or even using them. I really want to just throw them away but I feel guilty doing that since they are considered rare drops. Something I suggested was making ball of dark energy tradable on TP that way I can salvage the gear from my ascended chests to balls of dark energy and sell them. In the end, it seems I’m just hoarding these chests and I’m finding less and less room in my inventory.

I have the same problem you do. The problem with that problem is it’s not a problem for a very large percentage of the player base, it’s a good problem to have, and thus not a problem.

Also salvage all your raid stuff for shards. That’s part of the problem solved.

Wait what. You can salvage ascended raid drops into shards? I have 3 VG weps and 2 Sab weps.

I gave alt toons that I never use full ascended just because of this. I still have full two sets in chests and lots of shoulders and feet chests. I really like the cultural armor so I can’t swap it between toons of the same armor weight too. You could npc them but I have on to them on an alt toon. I wouldn’t recommend putting them in the bank if you can avoid it. It’s not like they are used at all on a regular basis.

I would made multiple armor sets for my main.

That’s the kind of problem most people would kill (bosses) to have. If you’ve outfitted all your toons in as many configs as interest you, I’d salvage the raid ones and use the fractal versions. And when you’re done with that, salvage the fractal ones too.

yet more proof certain accounts are “luckier” then others…. Well, if you have this “problem”….. you should save a few for salvaging for the new legendary armors and such that will be comming out in the near future.

Meanwhile im sitting here with my 0 Ascended Chests doing Teq and T4 Fractals Daily for the past 5 months.

Have you finished the ascended collections aint it one for each type 1 berskerer, cleric and soldier etc

Doesn’t ascended stuff rng salvage into big gold items you can sell on tp used for the legendary fractal backpack?

aint it only the one from amulets that is big gold?
