What to do with these items?

Continue Coins, Baubles and Fortune Scraps will all be usable in the future. Scarlet’s Spare Keys have fragments to open the chests in her lair. If you have 25, you can open a chest.
The rest? Who knows? Probably worthless.
I destroyed all the ones I had under stacks of 25. No more can be earned, so I saw no use for them.
The alpha siege golem blueprints are for WvW. The one you have is an older version since they are no longer account-bound. I think you can still use them – but since you’re asking, it sounds like you don’t WvW anyway. If that’s the case, then might as well destroy it to free up some inventory space.
