Its always been my understanding that you can kill humanoid mobs for bags that drop either the tier of leather or cloth that is respective to the level of the mob itself. For example, if i need linen cloth, i can kill Flame Legion Charr in Iron Marshes.

Then, i read somewhere that it is against ANet terms that we farm. So therein lies a problem: If we don’t want to spend vast amounts of cash for gems, to convert them to gold, and buy the mats we need, then how do we obtain the materials we need to craft with?

Do you farm? Are drop rates “good” when you farm?

If it was against ToS to farm there wouldn’t be anyone in the community . is abusing exploits against the ToS yes but not farming .
