Guild Wars 2

So yeah, I was doing AC explorable with a pug. I had to get out to find us a fifth player since the guy from our original group had got some connection problems and wasn’t able to continue with us. I got out of the dungeon and BOOM the text hits my screen: ‘’New build available. Restarting in 3 minutes’’.

Bet you can already guess what was the next thing to happen: I tried to enter the dungeon again, just to be able to join the same instance of it after getting the new build. But no, my game suddenly decides ‘’Screw the 3 minutes, I wanna restart right away’‘, and so it did. I logged back after downloading the nice couple hundreds kilobytes of random what-so-ever stuff, just to find out that * drumroll * I can’t get back to the same instance with my group.* Ba-Dum-Tshhhh *

We were just about to finish the dungeon, too. It took us nearly an hour to get to the last cannon trap @ path 2. Just to clarify, I was playing my level 36 mesmer, so don’t go all ‘’An hour?! What a noob!’’, please.

I really would want to support the game, but things like these just make me go rolling all over the floor (in it’s negative meaning).

Suggestion: Why is it just kitten 3 minutes?! Why?! How about 30 minutes, or even 10, so you can get all set before the game goes off.

TL:DR : I’m pissed, fix the new-build-available-timer-o’-doom-and-apocalyptic-trolling-sequence, order me a pizza and peace out.

No patch notes either.

The apostrophe was missing on a character called O’Neill.

It’s fixed now, thank god!

No but really, I’d love to know what they changed so urgently.

That O’Neill’s gonna pay me back big time. Wonder if he’s selling kidney beans

Looked like just a launcher or client thing… nothing downloaded after that little bit.

If ONeill is Changed to O’Neil. I still believe thats worth notifying the players. Then getting a good MB sized patch and seeing “Nothing was changed”. I feel lied too
