What will happen to tomes/scrolls?
I’m sure someone will come along and give you all the answers and links, but I’m just going to say that this has been explained thoroughly in multiple places for the last couple months, and it would be worthwhile for you to just give the most cursory of searches to find it.

I have bunch of tomes and scrolls – what will happen to these in 23. patch?
As explained in the original post, scrolls will be converted into spirit shards, that will be stored in your wallet. Tomes will remain tomes with the same function for sub-L80 toons.
