So I left in February and I’m coming back slowly and I’ve noticed that Dragonbrand the server I’ve been on since the betas and since head-start day one seems kinda dead/unsociable. So i was wondering whats a more populated/sociable server? Would Tarnished Coast probably be the best bet?

The wallet function is pretty nifty wish it was there in the beginning. Anet still hates farmers, so farming for lodestones is still bad right? Really wanted Mjlonir but with these Champ drops I’d rather farm those instead now. Precursor and Legendary stuff is still FUBAR as well it seems?

Dragonbrand shows as Full right now, so it doesn’t seem underpopulated. I can’t answer your concerns about farming, as I do ok with drops, including precusors, such as Dusk. Good luck wherever you end up, though. =)

It’s not going to be any different no matter what server you are on. How sociable a server is is highly dependent on the people that are online at that time. Being in the right place at the right time. You can’t judge Dragonbrand as a unsociable server just because at those specific times you were on, no one was talking in map chat.

It’s like that on TC and pretty much every other server as well. Sometimes, the server feels like a dead zone. Come back 30 minutes later and it’s alive and map chat is filled with people talking.

Every server has their fair share of talkative/non-talkative people. Give your server a chance.

Also, you don’t need to transfer. With guesting, you can guest to any NA server you want and do all the pve things you need. Unless you want to move for WvW purposes, there is little reason to transfer servers.

Actually IMO I think the server numbers are hyped for looks.
