First of all i want to say this game is AMAZ?NG.

But,
Pve and pvp content is not enough for hardcore players.

After headstart, i am lvl 80

world map is %80

fully exotic

crafting 400-400

also i have citadel of flame dungeon set.

Now, i am trying to join wvw to kill some newbies. But its impossible.I am waiting about 3 hours to join wvw.

Spvp is awesome for casual players. We need a area that we can take our reward with our own items.

The biggest bullkitten in guild wars 2 is, legendary items are in same strength with exotics.

Listen your hardcore players arenanet.Or this game will blow after 2 month.

Actually they don’t have to listen to any specific niche. “hardcore” as you like to call yourself, is by no means any kind of majority and far from the typical player who spends money on the exchange. So you’re not even that important to the income the game generates.

My advice is to do some research on these games before you invest your money and time.

It’s not a game for hardcore players. I got 80 in 4 days and 100% map completion 3 days later, and all level 80 exotic gear (from crafting) a day later. Game is great fun but it won’t last for people who like to play their games 12-15 hours/day.

I’ll be coming back for content patches and expansions, but it’s become brutally obvious this won’t be “the one game” I play like I wanted it to be.

Lucky for you and others like you, this isn’t a sub based game…You can pick it back up when content patches and expansions come out, burn through it, complain about that fact and go play something else. Rinse and repeat if you please to.

Pretty much.

I don’t know how big the “hardcore playerbase” is, but I hope they don’t listen to them.

They have created an epic game for all style of players. Yes the “hardcore” love to play fast and hard (no pun intended), but catering to the hardcore is not the way forward. Instead ArenaNet should continue as they have done and cater to “everyone”.

I agree. Theres is not mutch to do after lvl 80. Yes sPvP is fun.. for a while, and then? There need to be something more. Some of m friends have quit all ready do to the lack of challanging and fun things to do. And no, im not intrested in 100 & map and so on.

People really need to get a life, its the same problem with each new game! ‘’finished the game in 3 days, now what to do’’ what to do? go outside, get a girlfriend, buy a house and raise a family. I like my gaming as i like my wine, with moderation.

It’s difficult to please people who consume content at an extremely rapid pace, given the finite resources (time, people, etc.) of our team and the infinite hunger of the consumers, particularly those who consume that content quickly. The challenge for designers is to design content for the play styles of a lot of people. The majority of folks do not burn through content.

If people have rushed through content, perhaps they might want to take on board the advice of others in this thread and take time to explore other aspects of the game that one might have missed.

Having said that, there will be content added in the future.
