Well seeing as how we only know about it because of data-mining… there’s no guarantee well ever see it (although chances are better than not we will eventually).
As it was with the winter, jungle and few other outfits, it usually took about two months from finding them in the game files to their actual release.

I’m still waiting for this as well. Been waiting for it ever since it was datamined. I want it so badly but I’ve almost given up hope of when it’s coming cause who really knows at this rate. For all I know it could be released after HoT >_<
