Basically as the title says, haven’t heard from them since 24th. No new updates to gem store, no new news since the 17th, bugs not being fixed, cough …… wintersday jump puzzle, bots not being delt with as well.

A skeleton crew always operates in shifts for them over this period. Many of my tester friends for other companies usually go back just after New Year, so Monday seems reasonable for most of the team to return from their festive break.

They might yet surprise us with a small bug fix tomorrow

Christmas and New Years holidays? Even the Devs might take a yearly break for that.

Edit: about the bots. They don’t deal with them as they come up, they have periodic bot ban waves. They ban in batches to keep the bothers guessing as to what exactly it was in their bot program that was seen by ANet’s computer programs. So don’t expect any bots you’ve seen to be individually banned.
