Like the topic post says, we where told when Revenant was introduced we would also be getting the Shiro sword skin and daggers as well I think? And yet not a word on this, I bring this up because another set of cash shop weapons was released recently and still nothing about this.

Originally rev could wear dagger offhand but they changed it for ugly sword. As for everything else i have no idea what he is speaking about..

Are you sure you’re not confusing these weapons with the Mistward weapons we could use during beta?

The datamined katana and wakizashi are in use by Tengu in Stronghold. They are not for players.

That was the source. Now it does mention the playstyle but also that they couldn’t do it without the iconic blades.

Even if I was mistaken I still believe the skin would be something good to add in.

Yeah. Poor wording. At first read it does sound like they’re talking about the weapons themselves, not the ability to duel wield swords and blink around.

Wouldn’t hurt for them to add the swords, although I don’t believe they’ll do it this expansion. Maybe next, along with the Mistward weapons we never got.
