Hi,

Had something very weird happen to me yesterday, and wondered if it was because I changed instances. Quite a few people (about 7 or were on the Queensdale Champion Train, and we had just killed Oak, and prepared to head to Boar.

Now, I actually walk/run to Boar to save on the waypoint cost, and I didn’t go to the mound directly, I went to the farmhouse to start the event.

I had to wait about 20 secs until the event was available, but when I went outside to walk to Boar, there was absolutely no one on the boar mound. I asked in map chat what happened and got absolutely no response. It was as if I was on my own in the zone.

Question then, could everyone else have got a different Megaserver instance when they Waypointed? Or can that only happen upon zone change?

Only happens upon zone change and/or character selection.

Well, very weird then. Can anything else explain the sudden lack of players other than them deciding “I’ve done Oak and not going to do any more” all at the same time?

Did Shadow Behemoth pop?

Someone activated Troll, making the whole zerg skip boar maybe? QD Champ train been a wreck since the whole Megaserver mess rolled out.

Nope, just did it earlier. It was after the 6:45 one and definitely before the 8:45 one. Wouldn’t have explained my – no response to my map chat – either.
