When exactly is the patch going live?

November the 15th is almost over where I live and the patch still hasn’t gone live.

I’ve been really eager for those patch-notes and would really like to know when exactly the patch will go live?

Anyone have an exact time? Preferably CET?

I would love to know as well, it’s 1pm where I live right now, but since the developers/servers are actually in the Pacific time zone, it’s only 10am there… very early still… I would give them at least till around lunchtime… aka… another 3 hrs or so… then I would start worrying about a delay…
