When i can salvage www exotic items?
I don’t think this is a bug. This was put in so that you can’t make extra cash. It’s the same as ALL other gears bought from heart vendors. Your only option is to buy multiples and to mystic forge them and most times the product can be salvaged.

Oh really, when did you last try? I only did so myself about a week ago.
My last attempt was a couple months ago. Of course, once you get the weapon, you can’t do anything at all with it if you find you can’t mystic forge them.
When Anet gave tons of badges away in the achievement chests, it basically removed the viability of badges as a currency forever. We’ll almost certainly never be able to salvage or forge WvW gear.
