At what point does a server reach capacity? I started out and have been on Blackgate from the beginning and have seen a huge population increase since that time. When I joined the server it was virtually “FULL”. Every night the world boss fights are in overflow and WVW has stupid ridiculous waits. When is it full? At what point is the server full or over capacity? I constantly see names and guilds from other servers advertising for membership. I think that the definition of “full” needs to be examined. Just from a general view, Blackgate is over capacity.
It’s full when it’s listed as “Full” on the server list. Every time servers start getting “full” anet raises the cap to allow more people in. That is all we will ever know.
