Does anybody know when is Comando going to be release?

Are we discussing armor? Class? Or walking around without underwear in general here?

More skills/traits/weapons for the existing, sure. More playable races, eventually. But, class? He felt that they had the roles pretty well covered with the 8 they have.

The commando will appear in the game the next time Anet releases a legit and intended farming event/chain/map.

To be fair, they’ve stated since then that they ARE brainstorming possible new classes, and that a 3rd Heavy Armor class has been acknowledged as having the highest demand, but that there’s nothing actually in development yet.

Bah! The commandos never actually did anything anyway. They attacked the Shatterer with helicopters, remember? But they obviously failed to kill him – even a bunch of noobs dressed in poorly fitted metal plating and random pieces of cloth that look like they have been stitched together by Skritt kill Shatterer every day.

Yes, he did say if they did another class it would be a heavy, and that such a thing is furthest thing from their thoughts because they had everything pretty well covered with the 8. Sure, we could potentially see another heavy, but I’m not holding my breath anytime in the foreseeable future.

It will soon be available through special gem-store only “Going Commando” crates, which have a 1/10000000000000000000 chance of dropping a scrap of commando flesh. Once you have bought enough gems, and received enough scraps of flesh, you must then buy the “Commando Assembly Kit” from the gem store store, which functions like the mystic forge but with commando flesh, and you have a 1/100000 chance of rolling commando per roll. Note that each kit can be used for one roll and is then consumed.

I can’t cope with not having an equal number of professions in each armor tier – it messes with my OCD.
