Q:
When will Ascended Gear be released?
I’m certain we’ll see Ascended amulets and earrings first (since like rings they don’t really have to design any new art).
Possibly also weapons… (With an update to Legendaries at the same time.)
I mean, it’d make sense if weapons are next since Fractal weapons start dropping at level 20+ (right after you start getting infused rings).

Ascended gear will be acquired from many areas, not just Fractals. They want them to be accessible.
Right now everything can only be given by Fractorials but eventually everything can be gianed in other ways. Such as rings and backpacks will first be introduced in other areas with lower costs of being made via crafting. They will be adding them to dungeons as well apparently and adding them to the drop tables as well. They are also considering WvW only skins for said gears. They are going to introduce Ascended weapons and armour. THey are eventually also going to introduce new legendary weapons and armour.

I asked when, 1 month, 2 months, 1 year?
Thank you very much.
I wouldn’t expect it anytime soon. 1 year before we get full ascended set at least imo.
When is unknown and due in part from the fact they said that they will release each in pieces meaning at one point you could only get the helmet and not the rest and stuff like that. So when is defined by which piece you are refering to? But to answer the win they will start making those changes start of next year in the first term.

Their intention is to slowly release gear pieces over a longer period of time, to keep the sense of progression alive(treadmill) and give non-dedicated players enough time to acquire the items before the next piece(s) roll(s) out.
