When will GW2 go on Sale again?

I’ve been able to drag two of my friends into wanting to buy GW2 but for the $30 promotional price that was advertised a few months back. When will we see this promotion come back again?

One is a very casual gamer so the lack of paying monthly is really attracting him. The other is a hardcore WoW player who does not want to pay more then $15 a month to get his MMO fix.

Just curious if anyone has heard any rumors?

Heroic edition is 50% off, selling for $24,99 right now and you get one set of gem store armor worth 500 gems and some other stuff..

It’s a pile of Elonian protection magic, mixed with a little monk training,
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.
