(SAB) = Super Adventure Box

I am dying to play this content and show my newb friends but the content is locked!
It’s really fun and I want to play this now but I can’t.

I would like to know if this content is ever coming back or what? I’m dying to play it!
Thanks!

Same here. SAB is one of my favourite things in the game. I missed the second round of it, so I will have a lot to catch up on when it comes back! I still wish they would keep it a permanent feature in the game. Maybe this time, we can “unlock” permanent access like in the new Living Story.

When it does come back, I want that bit with the “you must melt the ice, but a candle wont do it” to be flat out removed.

I got that far, after the really nasty pre-nerf ninja levels, only to be told I had to stop, go back and grind 400 baubles just to get past a door. Needless to say I and a lot of people just logged off at that point disappointed.

Difficulty I can handle, but grind for its own sake is not welcome, especially when it forces backwards progress.

I think that goes part and parcel with being an homage to Legend of Zelda style RPGs. You had to go back and explore to gather rupees to buy upgrades. Much of it was done naturally as you progressed, but sometimes you needed to go mow lawns and help recycle pottery to earn cash for better gear.

I don’t see the issue. It didn’t take long to get past and wasn’t that hard. I say this as someone who grinded for yellow and green weapons for days.

I’m waiting for SAB to come back too. Not been interested in recent content, sadly.

Presumably September, but I’m assuming devs are busy with Season 2.

Personally I want Super Red weapons.

a real grind is doing trib mode runs every day to get enough tokens to make full weapon sets for several characters

at that point you can buy every upgrade for all 8 toons and still have 250 bauble bubbles and 40 slots of baubles

400 baubles is weenie
