I am trying to round up a few more dungeon runs and want to make sure I don’t get caught short. Is it going to stop midnight on the 30th or some time earlier?

Much earlier. It for sure won’t last past 4 PM Pacific time (aka server time).

I’ve seen the daily seem to reset a few minutes early, so be prompt, not late.

48 hours, not 24. It resets at 12:01am GMT on Dec 1st which is 4:01pm PST on Nov 30th.
