It might be just me, but not having -any- information on when we can expect the next update is making me really anxious. I don’t even need any hints or anything at what it can be, but please ArenaNET employees, could you at the very least tell us when we can expect the next update? Or when an announcement about the next update will be made?

GW2 launches in China sometime in May, so we will see the next update sometime in May.

They also stated “nothing new before the end of WvW season 2”, which ends May 30th. So (hopefully) expect an announcement between the 15th and the 30th :-)

They could at least enable SAB till then, with the old stuff..

Which would more or less lead to the exact same thing as when they added PvE-stuff during the last WvW Season. People will leave WvW which will lead to people spamming these forums about how idiotic it was to add PvE during the season.

Or it would stop all the complaints about PvE players ruining the wvw and season we have now, since surely the true wvw players would stay and only the PvE players which seem to be a bother to them would leave…

Not all PvE-players are bad at WvW nor are all WvW-players doing only WvW.

A whole month!? Sheesh…thanks for the info, let’s hope they’ll at the very least give us some announcement sooner than later for those among us that aren’t into WvW.

Not all PvE-players are bad at WvW nor are all WvW-players doing only WvW.

I know that, I was just being sarcastic, because I have had enough of the whining on my server about how PvE players ruin the season and that they should get out of wvw but at the same time there is whining that there are not enough players and that maps are not full outside of the 1-2h primetime.

No one knows when next update is…

GW2 launches officially May 14th’ish in China/Asia, in open beta now. WvW tournament ends at the end of May.

So I reckon Season 2 living story probably in June, China/Asia players will have 80’s by then as well.

No one knows if there are any updates between now and June really and only June is a educated guess…

About 4-6 months after they actually reply to the issues created by the last update. Which will happen after the game releases in China.

I would rather not long on than play wvw or spvp..

The game just released in China, so let’s hope something new appears… But I can still wait a bit :P
