What the title says. When can we get back unobtainable armor like the tribal skins??!?! I was working my kitten off to unlock those before the wardrobe came out in pvp but sadly RNG was never in my favor. now it is forever lost to me as well as those other sins we can no longer obtain! Please PLEASE find ways to work them back into the game that does not require gem store purchases. In case anyone was wondering there is quite an extensive list for gear we can no longer get thanks to the wardrobe/pvp skin changes:

There are also a multitude of weapon skins we can no longer get but no one has put a condensed page on the wiki for them and it would take forever to track each down. One such example would be warden harpoon gun:

I have 2 pieces of this but i dont see anything special in it so i never unlocked it. Shame on me… I could unlock full set and make ppl jelly despite it being ugly as .. Kitten that missed opportunity:(

I wanted the marauder pants for medium cuz they are the most detaield of the 3 armor skins that cover boots but realized it was the pvp only set. Such a shame. Wish more pants were like that.

I do really want the tribal skin. I’ve wanted it since I saw that the “gloves” were actually more bracelets than anything, which would be fantastic for a few armor mixes I’m working on.

+1 to getting them, but I’m not too sure about paying gems. Maybe bring them back to PvP as a separate reward track?

Re-add them to the Achievement Chests. Those armors and the weapons were the best things we ever got from them. Nowadays they are full of useless garbage. Champ bags are better.

I could be wrong but i think these are also called the commando pants. (They went by 2 different names but there the same pants)

You can get them from story mode if i remember correctly.

Going on prior history, a change like this will not be announced before it is implemented. You’ll know when we all do.

(Bracelet gloves you say? I may change my mind on using it).

Most of those look generic. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t miss 90% of all medium armor. They’re all generic ugly as hell tenchcoats. The heavy armor looks ugly too that were discontinued.

Tribal is only missed because it’s gone, if it never left you wouldn’t see much people with it.

There are 3-4 pieces of unobtainable armor that would nicely compliment the gear I wear now…

…But what I really want is the Destroyer Scythe skin for my staff!!

Annoyingly I had a piece I had unlocked taken from me – the ‘guild’ heavy boots are NOT the same as the ‘banded’ boots and they vanished from the wardrobe altogether…

I would like to be able to obtain them as well. Would be great to continue to add to the wardrobe.. plus some of the skins I would like use.

Keep this going, good to see people voice up on it. I want Anet to see this and take it seriously!

It’s been almost 3 years that I’ve been waiting on the Stalwart set to make a comeback. I need that shoulder piece to finish my look. What really boggles me is why they haven’t made the set available yet, it’s already in the game. Like, really, what’s the big effing deal?? There have been countless requests for these sets, and Anet hasn’t even bothered to mention why they’re not putting them back. I’d just like to hear from Anet, even if it’s a “we’re never going to make them obtainable”. At least I’ll have some closure.

I need the stalwart shoulderpads too. I need them BAD. I would pay 800 gems for just the shoulder pads. Please dear Dwayna throw us a bone.

That’s the only statement I’ve ever seen, and I’m not sure it wasn’t subsequently removed.

I think Tribal armor should be added as meta rewards for new achievements that should be added for SouthSun Cove.

They’re going to wind up being “new” rewards for HoT probably, instead of giving us completely new armor/weapon skins (obtainable ingame, not through BL bullkitten).

The April feature patch removed the old pvp reward system and replaced it with reward tracks. I guess they missed how many skins were affected by this change.

Most of them seem to be items that were never properly implemented in PVE for some reason, leaving them only obtainable via PVP crafting until that was removed last year.

Don’t forget about this little gem Anet! PLease! Most of us would still like these sets brought back into the game!
