Guild Wars 2

Little mini game for those who want to do it.

A person posts a screenshot with no UI and you respond with a screenshot yourself showing where I am.

Then you follow up with your own.

Any hints? Is this ANYWHERE in the game? WvW? PvP? PvE? Dungeons? Fractals? Can you narrow the search scope a little? Not too many players have covered everyplace in their gaming travels. I’m all for playing along, but if this shot is from someplace I don’t even go, I’d be wasting my time.

I don’t recognize it but from the colors it looks like the Ascalon region. I’ve see big gates like that are in areas with ogres, such as Fields of Ruins.

OP’s screenshot kind of looks like Straits of Devastation.
My guess is attached. I think looking SE from the middle of my circled area.

That is the Vasquez Rocks, seen in movies and TV including the Star Trek episode “Arena” and in “Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey”.
