Let me start by saying that I absolutely hate the new leveling system.
In the new system you get one skill picked for you at level 13 or so and you do not get any more skill points for a while. According to the Wiki you are supposed to get 8 skill points at both level 19 and 32. Well I just hit 19 and I got no skill points. What the heck….
If they make a fun system terrible and then do not give the tools you need to actually level what is the point. If this cannot be fixed fast, I think it is time to look elsewhere…
