There’s a “lionguard”.
There’s a “Lion’s arch”.
There are statues and pictures of them all over, but: Where are the lions? Anyone actually seen one?
Oh, and btw, fix clipping on armor for asura and charr and balance the classes. Thanks!
I think they all migrated south to Elona… or something.

The classes are pretty balanced. This is an MMO and the classes are balanced to be in a group not in single battle. If a game is based on group play, you cannot have both single play balance and group play balanced as it doesn’t exist.
They never fixed clipping issues with armor in GW1. I think that is very low priority on their plate.

They evolved into Charr :P
I have a Lion Cub minipet. If I could get him to eat his Wheaties, I’d give him to my Ranger.
You can find Lions in Eternal battlegrounds in the bottom left corner in between the swamp keep and the top left supply camp right before the dredge entrance.
Lion’s Arch (and later Kryta as a whole) was originally founded by settlers from Elona. The name is a reference to their homeland rather than anything they found there.
Fun fact: During the development of GW1 Lion’s Arch was originally called Lagborough, which roughly translates as ‘town by the water’. The name was changed because to MMO gamers it translates as ‘place your game starts lagging’.
