I was wearing cook set and also other stuff but nothing appears under outfits and also not as potion. ???

im getting this too.
no outfit either under my section.
seems to b a glitch theyll hav to fix soon.

My town clothes are completely gone. They were supposed to be converted to tonics but I got nothing.

I was expecting to see my old clothes in my bag, at which point I’d go visit the BLAT and they would convert it.

Seems that way, it replaced everything I had on with either a tonic or a free skin / wardrobe.

Ministers WP at Divinity’s Reach has a Black Lion armorsmith nearby.

This is ridiculous, ANet needs to bring back dyes for town clothes. And why make some tonics? They’re completely useless then, just make them like everything else and DYE-ABLE TOO.

Meh I really don’t like the fact I can’t dye my town clothes…. I didn’t purchase them just so I couldn’t dye them. If I’da known this when I purchased them; I would have never bought them!

The tonics are worse then I expected. You add this great wardrobe system and then just mutilate the town clothes. Who the F was in charge of this? The chosen clothes it fills in are fine, but for the love of god, just convert those to outfits! Do it like it’s done with the other outfits (witch’s etc)

Ah, I thought it was going to convert it into a single piece item with 4 dye channels that I could wear as an outfit.

What have a stack of 3 if they are endless?

How do you ‘leave’ the transformation before the timer expires?

The default town clothes your character comes with don’t seem to get converted? They’re just gone o_O

EDIT: Okay, didn’t seem to get them on the first character I tried it with but have got 3 ‘Endless Common Clothing Tonics’ on the next char. They look interchangeable so I guess it’s sorta working?

I had a few town clothes sets, as well glasses. I’ve lost the glasses… Why has this happened? Will those affected get replacements?

Hmm the tonics arent bound anymore One can sell on the exchange. Thety are there its just that the ui is … a bit confusing. it will replace your actual armour headpiece.

You have to go to Black Lion Armor trader to make everything appear in your inventory (Even ones that were previously equipped before the update — they’re still equipped, but you can’t see ‘where’ since the UI has been butchered).

What I’m concerned with, is that if I go and have all my clothing across all characters transformed into this tonic kitten (so I can get an accurate count of all the items I need refunds on), then their customer support will tell me “Oh, well you had your items transformed into tonics, so we can’t refund them.”

So where exactly do I go to get my witches costume back? o.O
I am at the BLTP in QueensDale but I have yet to see one of these mythical BLAT’s I have seen talked about above?

So my town clothes are gone. Which is really irritating. I lost both my Mad kings set and my Phantom Hood and the Bunny Ears. 1200 gems right there. When can I expect to have them back?

Some of mine appear as soulbound boots in inventory and say talk to trader but some have nothing visible but I got something when I talked to the trader.

Why am I getting 5 costume unlocks with some costumes and 4 with others?

Exactly how do you get to that screen? I’m still trying to figure it out.

Can we expect an update in the near future to dye town clothes (Sekai, we mean stuff like the silk broccade thats just a tonic, not something like that or Wintersday set)? Or some way to mix and match them (Wintersday leggings, boots with silk brocade top)? Because so far, to my personal tastes and some of my other buddies out there (mostly the RP crowd), this update hasn’t suited their fancy.

I’m more than disappointed with the town clothes tonics. I’ll be applying for a gem refund in due course. I bought them in good faith that I’d be able to mix, match and dye items. Instead I’m now faced with, frankly, disgustingly dyed clothes that don’t look right. I hate blue!

Please can you find a way to bring town clothes back as non-armour, as individual equipable items that can be individually dyed, mix and match sets. Basically, as they were before this patch.

Did you have it equipped in town clothing when you logged out?

The patch notes weren’t super clear. Anything you were wearing as town clothing when you logged out is in this weird, invisible place. When you go talk to the BL Armor fellow and ask him to convert your town clothes, you should get a broom object, as well as new clothing pieces or tonics for other things you were wearing, depending on the pieces.

The shorts, for example, became a 15 minute tonic with a big frumpy shirt and big frumpy boots. And as a tonic, not dyeable. Not so useful on that piece.

You can dye outfits like the Wintersday outfit etc, but you cannot dye the Endless Town Clothes Tonics
