That..doesnt answer the question. In the TP I see +1 agony infusions. Are those drops from fractals, or are they crafted somewhere/somehow? I dont know how to get those basic infusions and go from there..the +1 agony infusion

You can get them from Fractals (supposedly everything from +1 to +11). You can then take those and craft them together via Artificier.
