Guild Wars 2

It used to be that you could get these at the Wolf Shrine in Wayfarer from the heart vendor. The NPE has removed them from. Is there anywhere else in the game to get them?

Bug:
The item name and description suggests that players should turn into a Sylvan Hound, but in reality its an ordinary wolf.

I don’t consider a more expensive tonic from an NPC in a zone 40 levels higher that turns me into a different wolf to be a very good replacement.

The Wolf Tonic is a wonderful toy that a lot of my characters always carry around. I’d often run out and unlock it, even with non-norn, before level 10 so I could run around as a wolf.

If it’s really gone, I’ll be very disappointed.
