Guild Wars 2

I have the new wintersday Skritt mini and I want to get the other 2, I have the mini, the candy canes and the snowflakes for the mystic toilet :P but I have no idea where to get the Skrittish essence. Help?

It is from the laurel vendor – oh and for the 2nd recipe it is 10 wintersday gifts instead of candy canes. Just so you know when the mf does not let you put candy canes in. And, oh yeah, you will actually need 4 of the minis to make the next tier.
