Is there an e-mail somwhere to ArenaNet that you can send actual feedback to?

The forums gets spammed about things that’s been posted before, and people always seems to be so down all the time and always act grumpy, which sadly jumps over to yourself too.

Thus the Dragonhunter came to be.

You could go old school and write a letter. Their address is easy to find. If anything it might add some weight to what you want to say since you’ve gone to more effort.
