Is it available in PvE? I don’t do much of that.

Also the fiery duelist pauldrons, do they have a PvE equivalent?

It’s the Citadel of Flame armor set, you can get them from the dungeon merchant in LA using flame legion carvings.

As a side note, the chest piece of the medium set will hide any shoulder piece you have, the medium shoulder piece actually look a lot like the light one if equipped with other chest piece.

Neither did I haha. I was just trying to accentuate the flame part of a place with fire armor.
