I was about to buy some from gemstore.. when.. POOF! There were none in sight. What happened to the Karma Boosters? None of the New boosters have them

This part is wrong
Enchanted Reward Boosts can be created from 2 of this booster from Black Lion Traders or Boost Enchantment Powder. (It longer has the karma boosters)
I’m not dead sure about the leveling rewards. I read posts where they said that they didn’t get a karma booster. Wiki isn’t showing level 24 getting a karma booster. But maybe it’s RNG.
That leaves achievement chests. Haven’t heard about that yet.
