I do not get it, the added on offer Royal Terrace Pass – 2 weeks version, but not the Royal Terrace Pass – permanent version.

Is this some bug or error from marketing team, or why they did not put offers together?

The Gem Store offers different items at different times. One never knows what might be offered day to day, week to week.

The permanent Royal Terrace Pass was offered not long ago; I’m sure it will be offered again, in the future.
