Guild Wars 2

I’m new to Guild Wars 2 recently and enjoying it. I have heard that there is some cash shop somewhere where you can buy skins and other goodies however I could not find it on this site, arenanet, or otherwise.

Is it possibly in game somewhere or somewhere else I’m not aware about?
