I still have some Ugly wool thingies from last year (and from the Gift of Magnanimity tree). However, I can’t find the NPC to trade them to.

Did I just miss him, or is there none ?

I think there isn’t one. Instead you wrap up the uglies and give them to orphans around the city. If you have a few, that’ll be easy (buy the wrapping paper with karma, then buy wrapped gifts using your uglies as currency, then track down the orphans). If you have hundreds or thousands, you won’t find enough orphans. It takes a while just to find 15 for a day.

You get more karma back than you spent. I don’t know if there’s a toy skins source this year, I haven’t had any drop from gifts. They may be draining from the oversupply pool.

Those orphans could have the decency of lining up in the The Crown Pavilion to get their gifts.

Thanks, but I’m not going to run after the very same orphans everyday for the next few weeks. If it was a one time thing, after which they would know where to go to get their free gifts, why not. But as it is…

Just so you know…toy weapon skins do drop. I’ve two so far, and not played much.
