So I have not been playing for a while and I just came back and have just found out that lion arch is destroyed so can anyone tell me where bank is now?

Every crafting station in every major city, basically. Also the Vigil Keep in Gendarran Fields.

Lion’s Arch has been temporarily moved to the Vigil Keep in Gendarran Fields.

Otherwise, there has always been a bank in every home city (Divinity’s Reach, Hoelbrak, Rata Sum, The Grove, and Black Citadel).
