Where is the bleed cap fix?
Still waiting on this.
Condition builds have it a bit harder than power builds in PvE because of bleed cap and objects not taking some form of DoT damage.
Why is this still an issue?
Edit: Anet has said before it is a technical limitation. That was months ago. I think this is a little more urgent.
Technical limitation in terms of what their servers can handle, since we’re getting a fix for PvE Culling, I think it may still be a ways out, they’re not likely to put out 2 things that are so heavy on the backend within such a short time of each other imo.
Fixing broken content does not bring in new money.
Releasing new content does.
I would not wait on it.
