It is south of the most southwestern waypoint you have. It isn’t marked for some reason.

There is a guild jumping puzzle entrance by the ghosts under your most south westerly wp. Came with guild content. Need to be on top of it to see it basicly.

It is a new waypoint – it won’t show up on a map until you actually get there and uncover it.

It just comes after waypoint 18.
