Guild Wars 2

I cannot find a tonic, or see in my wardrobe, for the baseball cap. I’ve logged into all my characters and looked in their bags, visited the Black Lion Armor vendor to trigger conversions, and looked in my wardrobe vault, but still can’t find it. What did it get converted to and where should I be able to find it?

It unlocks in the wardrobe after you do the exchange at the armor person, but you have to have it on you. Since you said you did it on all of your characters, did you stuff it in your bank somewhere?
