Where the glory vendor at?

I know glory got taken away a while ago but I just received a chalice of glory in my mail recently from gw2 customer support and I wanted to use the glory from it but no vendor in HoTM?

Yeah, from what I understand its all gone. No more glory, its been completely phased out. As far as your chalice…its useless.
