Guild Wars 2

So I am currently approaching lvl 40 with my Warrior but I am quite disappointed with the gear I’m still using. I believe I use an uncommon greatsword and still have regular armour. Although they do quite a bit of damage (or block damage) I’m looking for some better (cool looking) armour since I still look like a lvl 1.

My actual question would be where can I find better weapons and armour. Any help would be appreciated.

The tp or karma vendors are going to be your best best. Trying to get better gear solely by drops is an exercise in futility.

The Tp, type in your level range,a nd search for masterwork gear.

Since you are in your 40s, and can also go to harathi hinterlands.

In the upper part of High Timber Claim, there is a heart merchant that sells berserker weapons, which you usually don’t get until the upper 60s I think, plus the skins look cool.

You’ll have to search for what your profession can use. The ones that are higher level than what you are now can be put into the wardrobe and used that way.
