Where’s the best place to post about balancing between classes in PvE?

Depends.

If it’s about balance of a single class, then the best would be the class forums.

If it’s to talk about balance in general, I think this one (discussion) would be best.

If it’s to suggest ideas about how to improve it, or idea about how to improve an specific class, I’d go to the suggestions forum.

Well if you have a suggestion you could post in the suggestion forum. If you just want to talk about it then here. Just be ready for a lot of arguing

Someone asked this in the engineer forums I believe the majority said post it in Reddit because posting it in the forums prolly never reaches the devs. Other then that suggestion forums.
