Ok i love to pvp and pve, however; it doesn’t make sense for 2 monsters in the world vs world map to give 1,020 karma when its a pve event. How about showing some love to us players when we kill Jormag (elder dragon) so he can give 1,020 karma and not 378 karma. On top of that many players die fighting Jormag then fighting the spirit tree thingy and the grub.

One last note, no event in the pve world gives a player 1,020 karma.

The bosses in world v. world are much more risky as you can be attacked by other players while engaging. I think the karma amount is fine.

WvW rewards are vastly better than PVE rewards. Kinda sucks if your server is getting destroyed.

No event is worth the time you barely get gold/rewards are lackluster and the karma is terrible you basically make the way point cost amount back plus 10 silver.

The risk/reward is completely out of whack in this game. Most people know this by now though.

Istead of completing jormag peoples should stop doing that and start farm hes adds for corrupted lodestones, as those goes 80s-1g in TP at the moment. Atm this is only possible to do at night spawns when there are not many peoples online.

Wasn’t having grubs all around the world drop nothing for so many days enough? Now you have to go and exploit ice elementals as well? -_-

Well its not really our fault that anet havent made a place where you can AoE farm vets/champs for proper drops besides events.

There is no Jormag in the game. What we see is Jormag’s Claw… and that’s not an elder dragon.

The pve bosses that are on 3 hr timers already have plenty of people farming them for the measly 378 karma.

ergo the players have already demonstrated that it’s rewarding enough, as it is currently.

I’d never heard of these WvW others getting farmed or being a great source of wealth and power, so maybe the payoff isn’t all that exploitatively game breaking.

Normalizing the event rewards means that there are no events that are trivialised which means you can play any events you want without feeling like you’re missing out on the rewards.

I think it’s worth noting, that the claw of jormag provides way way more than 384 karma if you’re around for the full event.

He drops 4 crystals that provide 384 karma for each one destroyed (it’s relatively easy to run around and contribute to at least 3 of these 4 crystals), in addition to one final crystal that also gives 384 karma. After that you kill the claw of jormag for another 384 karma.

There is nothing wrong with the claw of jormag event. It’s actually immensely lucrative (and fun) to complete it.
